By the time your elopement day rolls around, we’ll feel like great friends. I’m not just another vendor—I’ll be there to support you and tell the story of your epic adventure. I want you to be able to relax and know that I’ve got you — no matter what. Remember that it’s all about the experience you’re creating. The best photos come from the times when you’re so caught up in the moment that you forget I’m there.
Now for the fun to begin! I’ll send you a questionnaire to get more details for your vision. This will help me suggest the best locations for you. I’ll share a digital guide that will help with planning out every little detail of your elopement, complete with a list of recommended vendors to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of and more. I’m always just an email or text away.
We’ll start with a free no-commitment video chat so we can get to know each other, and make sure you want me by your side on this adventure. We’ll talk about what you’re dreaming of and how I can help you make it happen, so that you can feel completely confident in your decision if you book me.
No worries! There are so many jaw-dropping locations in Colorado and beyond that don’t require any hiking at all. Plus, we will work together to figure out other adventurous activities you might want to include in your day to make it unforgettable.
The amount of guests you invite is totally up to you. You could invite no one, bring only close relatives, or invite a few friends too. Just keep in mind, depending on where your elopement takes place, there can be restrictions on total guest count. It’s usually best to keep your guest count under 15 people.
If you do want to bring guests, a lot of couples will break the day into two parts where they do an activity by themselves followed by an activity with family after. This way, you don’t have to skip out on your big adventure and your family still gets to be there to celebrate.
I’m a huge animal lover and have two dogs of my own. I would be in full support of you bringing your pup along for your adventure. Just be mindful that certain places like national parks don’t allow dogs on the trails!
I sure do!!
Don’t worry! Most people think they are awkward on camera. The more you can focus on the amazing experience you’re having, the more comfortable and natural everything will feel. You’ll forget I’m even there! This is why it’s so important to make sure that we get to know each other before you book and we stay in close communication throughout the planning process. This way, when the big day finally comes around, it feels like hanging out with an old friend who happens to take amazing photos of you and your love.
It all depends! Most couples tend to book 9-12 months in advance, but sometimes elopements are a last minute decision with only a few days of notice. I’m here for it all!
You do not need to have a specific date figured out before contacting me. Depending on your vision for your elopement — whether you want golden aspens, snowy peaks, or wildflowers — I will work with you to pick the best date based on the location, weather, and to avoid any local events or holidays that can make a place more crowded than normal.
Get in touch via my contact form! I’ll want to hear a little bit about your vision for your big day. From there, we’ll schedule a video chat to talk more about your ideas and how I can help you. The consultation is super important — I want you to feel comfortable around me so that when it comes to elopement time, we can make magic happen.
If you decide to work with me, I’ll send you a booking link with your contract and the invoice for the retainer. Once you’ve signed and paid, it’s official! We’ll get started on planning your elopement!
